Adopting Product Ownership Enabled Continuous Improvement

The client was managing their client management solution through separate projects, which made it difficult to plan ahead, prioritise improvements, and support wider uptake across the business. As the system became more widely used, they needed a more sustainable way to manage change and keep improving the solution over time.

CIDI helped shift the organisation to a product ownership model, putting governance in place to support business-led prioritisation and creating a 12-month pipeline of enhancements. We also developed onboarding materials for new business units and set up a Teams community to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the business.

The result was a more structured and sustainable way to manage the solution. Improvements are now better aligned to business needs, adoption has increased across teams, and the organisation has seen process efficiencies and cost reductions through better use of the solution.
