They needed evidence before making a decision, not assumptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIDI led the pilot from the outset, working with senior stakeholders to define a clear hypothesis and identify the measures that would show whether the solution was delivering as expected. We supported vendor onboarding, user training, and day-to-day pilot activity, while also working closely with clinicians to embed the solution into their workflows. Where needed, we adjusted processes so the technology could be used effectively in practice, then translated the findings into a business case and rollout plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pilot showed clear benefits in time saved and reduced cognitive load for clinicians, while also clarifying where AI adds value and where human judgement remains essential.
